When women train, we often overlook our unique body structure and thus end up riddled with injury, or achieving nothing over time which makes us unmotivated.

This course dives deep into the female form, how it changes throughout the lifespan and quips you with a correctional routine to build strong posture. What is contained in this course is something I have corrected in every single female client over the years.

In fact, it's the number one inhibitor of lasting change.
