WEIGHT LOSS IS JUST AS MUCH ABOUT THE MIND AS IT IS ABOUT YOUR DIET AND EXERCISE
It's the constant avoidance of temptation, the organisation of pre-prepped meals, the motivation to go to the gym (or the discipline of going, even if you don't feel like it). It's also about your attitude, and your expectations of the process going in.

If you read through that info-graph, you'll see a healthy mindset is about trusting the guidance of your coach, eating more food, and training just the right amount. it's about allowing your body the time it needs to get the job done.
It's also about knowing you're the only one who can make it happen, and so you have to set boundaries and protect your goals throughout the process.
If your mindset is unhealthy, you'll be rushing - trying to crash diet, jumping on fads, exercising to exhaustion, setting unrealistic goals and expectations, and you won't have any interest in learning about food, your body, or your health. You want the end result, but you don't really want to do the work.
Weight loss is work. There is no way around it. If you want to lose weight faster, you need to come at it from a healthy place.
