About Your Coach

I'm Jen, and I've been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. I've been obsessed with Nutrition that whole time, and strive to bring the best information for Women so they can thrive. 

From prepping women for bodybuilding competitions and supporting them to go Pro, to helping women overcome disordered eating, and facilitating transformation in women who just don't know how or what to eat, I've done it all!
