Again, I get you. I have been there and I have supported hundreds of women with the teachings I am about to offer you over the past 10 years.
What you may not have been told, is that the key to great health, vitality and energy actually lies in eating intentionally (yes, a bit of planning and prep), but also,Ā intentionally eating all the foods you love, as often as you can

What women most often miss, is how smart the body is when it comes to maintaining an internal balance.
We are made of complex hormones, hell-bent on making sure you eat enough food to fuel your daily activities. If you donāt, you will find yourself struggling with food.Ā But it's a pretty easy fix!

ABOUT ME
I began my journey in the fitness industry in 2002, and have supported only women on a full-time basis since 2012. As an ex competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter, and a coach who has seen 100’s of women overcome food anxiety and build the bodies and minds of their dreams, I know what it takes to succeed in the game of health and wellbeing.
My past was riddled with depression, anxiety, disordered eating and body dysmorphia, so I also know a thing or two about what it is like to be a woman drowning in a sea of delicious food and diet culture.
The fitness industry doesn't make things any easier these days either. Much of my time as a coach is spent dispelling myths, correcting metabolisms and supporting women in establishing balance with their food so they can feel amazing in their bodies and conquer their dreams.
As my coaching business has been full for many years, I created this course to take you through the exact teachings I share with my face-to-face coaching clients so you can learn at your own pace, from your own home.
